Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pipeline Development Manager. The Pipeline Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of their assigned campaign. We have customers across many areas such as Unified Communications, Enterprise Software Applications, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and other areas. You will be responsible for delivering qualified opportunities for our customers.


  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with 3 years minimum experience in pipeline development / sales development specifically
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a similar role
  • Strong business development experience
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoom etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present recommendations to senior executives and persuade stakeholders to take action
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is essential, candidates with no experience in this sector will not be considered.
  • Ability to work remotely and with as much flexibility as you need whilst ensuring targets are met.
